We do one egg for every 1/4 cup of flour and whole milk. No sugar. Melt a cube of butter in 9 x 11 lasagne pan. I love them with powdered sugar and fresh squeezed lemon and rasberries and blackberries, but my kids do syrup. I'm going to try the different temperatures and see what happens. Thanks. Hi,
